Working with Alluqi.
Organizations do not install Bridge off a shelf. Adoption runs as a defined four-stage engagement, sized to one workflow at a time.
The four stages
- Assess. Together we map one useful workflow: the data it touches, the people who review its output, and the infrastructure available to run it. The result is a concrete picture, not a slide.
- Configure. Models, runtimes, approved tools, permissions, and workspace policy are set up around the agreed environment — nothing broader than the workflow needs.
- Validate. The data path and the workflow are proven end to end before anyone depends on them. If something does not hold, it is fixed here, not after rollout.
- Launch. Staff rollout, training, and ongoing support — with the boundaries from the first three stages still in force.
The pattern is deliberate: start with one defined use case, prove the data path, then expand.
What to prepare
- One defined use case — the workflow you want Bridge to carry.
- The data boundary — what the workflow may touch, and what it must never touch.
- The reviewers — the people who stay in control of decisions.
- The infrastructure — existing hardware, network constraints, and the model strategy you are considering. See deployment options.
Where it runs
The hardware decision is separate from the software decision. Bridge can run on machines you already own, on dedicated hardware in your building, or on managed hardware Alluqi operates for you — the deployment options page compares them honestly.
